Madonna Sticky and Sweet World Tour

Madonna and lighting designer Roy Bennett used Lightwave Prism Series lasers by Arctos for the 2008 Sticky and Sweet World Tour.  Lasers were integrated with the main lighting control system and playback was achieved through multiple grandMA consoles synchronized to show timecode. Content was served from individual Lightwave Laser Servers embedded in each fixture. This approach guaranteed frame-accurate playback of all lighting instruments, including lasers, at each show in every country.

Roger Waters ( Pink Floyd ) : Dark Side of the Moon World Tour

Recipient of 2009 ILDA Award : FIRST PLACE live stage performance.  The world's largest full-color lasers re-created the iconic Pink Floyd prism in laser light. The famous cover artwork from "Dark Side of the Moon" was created by Storm Thorgerson, concepualized as a laser artform by lighting designer Marc Brickman, and realized by Lightwave International and ETG. Over 100 Watts of full color lasers were used to ‘magically’ transform an abstract set piece into a rotating tetrahedron towering above the audience.  There, it rotated and emitted Pink Floyd's famous white beam and rainbow.

Ghostland Observatory : North American / World Tour

Ghostland Observatory is a relatively new band that has developed a huge and loyal worldwide fan base by delivering no-compromise performances. This was achieved largely through the use of lasers – and lots of them - at their live shows. This band often has 40-100W of laser power on stage at any show, and achieves the look and feel of a band much larger and more experienced. It has given them an image of being highly original, unique, and attendees can count on them for stellar live shows.  This approach has paid off and has gained them massive attendances, led them to quickly outgrow venues, and has established an image branding that is, quite simply, LASERS.

Lightwave International and ETG provide two high-powered Lightwave Prism Series lasers by Arctos for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). Linkin Park performs "Bleed it Out" after a dramatic 'smoke and mirrors' reveal on stage at Rain, the popular Vegas hotspot.

Korn : 2007 North American Tour : 134 Watts

Korn assembles an arsenal of high powered full-color lasers for the 2007 North American arena tour. Using the new DMX Lightwave Laser Server, 10 lasers are controlled as automated fixtures from a full-size grandMA. The 2007 Korn Tour had one goal: attempt to use lasers as a replacement for automated lights.
